I have found since starting treatments from Ally my pain is much reduced and my joints are more flexible afterwards, my muscles also feel less tense, and I feel less stressed. I also suffer from chronic fatigue and pain meds add to my tiredness, since having a massage I have been able to reduce medication slightly which has helped with this symptom. I find her massages invaluable and an essential part of my treatment not only for reducing my pain but also the stress and anxiety of living with a long term life-limiting health condition.
